1. General Policy
By booking an appointment with Milla Beauty Lounge, clients agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a professional, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.
2. Appointments & Scheduling
- Appointments are required for all services. Walk-ins are accepted based on availability.
- A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your booking.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and complete any required forms.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
- 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.
- Late cancellations (less than 48 hours) will be charged 50% of the service fee.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
- Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late fee may apply.
We strive to respect every client’s time and maintain punctual scheduling.
5. Refunds & Corrections
- All service sales are final.
- If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 72 hours. We will assess and, if applicable, schedule a complimentary touch-up or correction at our discretion.
- No cash refunds are issued for services rendered.
- Retail product returns are accepted only if unopened and returned within 7 days of purchase with a receipt.
6. Health & Safety
- For your safety, please inform your technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before your service.
- Clients with contagious conditions (e.g., cold sores, eye infections, open wounds) may be refused service.
- We follow strict sanitation procedures in compliance with Nebraska State Board of Cosmetology regulations.
7. Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years or older to receive permanent makeup services.
Parental consent is required for clients under 18 for certain salon services (e.g., nail, hair, or facial treatments).
8. Personal Belongings
Milla Beauty Lounge is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you during your appointment.
9. Payment
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Gratuities are appreciated but not required.
10. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
11. Photography & Media
By receiving services, clients grant Milla Beauty Lounge permission to use before-and-after photos or videos for marketing purposes unless they decline in writing prior to service.
12. Liability Waiver
Clients understand that results vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare. Milla Beauty Lounge and its staff are not liable for outcomes due to client non-compliance or undisclosed health information.
13. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating rude, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior toward staff or other clients.
14. Updates to Terms
Milla Beauty Lounge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted in the salon and online.
By booking or receiving any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
